API response times were elevated for approximately 25 minutes due to a database connection pool issue. All services returned to normal after scaling the connection pool.
Pharmacy price data updates were delayed by approximately 2 hours due to a third-party data feed issue. Historical pricing was unaffected.
Some price alert emails were delayed by up to 45 minutes due to a queue backlog. Push notifications were unaffected. The queue was cleared and monitoring has been enhanced.
